Many people
believe that by blindly tossing lots of technology into the classroom they
will be helping students to achieve more. While technology can be a useful
tool, it needs to be appropriately controlled and monitored. An Article by the,
National Science Foundation, has found that by blindly adding technology into
the classroom, it doesn’t necessarily mean higher performance from students.
This
foundation provides proof that, “The research has not directly linked the use of
technology to learning outcomes.” Teachers are essential. They are calling for teacher assistance, to
be involved with the learning of technology. If this last step happens, then
they believe that technology can help students tremendously. Many students agree. Therefore,
technology implementation is best strongly guided by informative teachers.
